I had a dream and turned it into a poem
inside that dream
the escalator is going down
in some place
walking by
too many people are fighting
instead of working
together distracted
with their chaos
I walk by without notice
like a ghost
passing through the subway
going up to the floor
where the kids high on sugar
climb the walls like spiders
webbing the world
with their demands
their dreams dismantled
for the latest gadget fad

odd thing is I was happy in the dream, but seeing what I saw in the dream (fights and crazed kids) made me feel uncomfortable.

Maybe you were happy for you are not like them...lol Seriously though perhaps you were happy in the dream because you know your place so to speak, or are secure and grounded....  |

Or the dream could mean you are going back down to a place that makes you feel like a child again...back to a childs heart so to speak...

Perhaps the kids and fighting represent an obstacle??? Or something you are hesitant to confront maybe???
Maybe the dream is about a place you wish to be that makes you feel good, yet you are hesitant...

well I already have the heart of a child at times. I dont think I'm hesitant about anything tbh.
maybe I am, but I dont even know what that would be, why would I be hesitant about a place that makes me happy? only I can answer that, but I dont find me being hesitant about happy place

Well than maybe it has to do with you being in that happy place while feeling people around you are lost and clueless...that is what I took from your poem anyway....

same here...I have been having some odd ones lately...all over the place and not remembering them very well...(I think because I have been sort of busy and going to bed pooped!) but perhaps when things settle here a lil, I will have more time to focus and meditate?? I guess we will see....I can't control my dreams, I just let them come as they may...
