thoughts....Billy should do more hands on at this place...like teaching people things. not necessarily guitar, but offering some sort of reading by him for example..poetry, doing some quick sketches, to keep in the building for people to look through?
make it personable environment

all tea is herbal...
just that some plants contain caffeine...is it the caffeine that is the issue??? if so they should have decaf...

to make it a warm place staff needs to be personable to the customers. make them feel welcomed, communicate with the people! Let the people feel like it's their place too!

staff should always be personable and communicable with the patrons! Billy's place or any establishment that caters to the public

Oh I agree. I suppose in a business like his you don't have angry people for 2 hours straight one right after the next because they are mad/pissed/upset and take it on you. It's one thing to express how your day is but to come in being disrespectful to anyone is absolutely not ok, it's not our fault their in the mood they are in and they just want to yell at anyone in their way. That begins to be way too much for me personally. I can't take that kind of crap. fortunately I have the right to refuse service to people like that. I dont understand why people do not realize how they are behaving and treating people when they are pissed off in a public establishment or why they even bother making things worse than necessary.

while I would agree that the employees of any establishment should be welcoming to the costumer..there can in fact be those customers you can never please...I have seen that happen a few times, some people just want to complain about everything, they don't even try to understand if a place may be busy or perhaps shorthanded etc...yelling and making a scene really only makes the person yelling look bad, not the establishment...

right, it's just not exactly pleasant to experience a verbal attack from a stranger you've never met before. It just puts the question to the forefront as to why one puts up with that abuse from strangers in a work environment and how much more of that can be taken in continuously day in and day out.

I hear ya....just being on the sp forum sometimes makes me feel that way...lol...not funny really...sometimes people can get ugly...I myself have been caught up in all of that...not proud to say...sometimes it is hard over the internet to know ones intent...but other times you can see some people are really ugly (not physically of course) and they don't ever try to change... when I have acted inappropriately I blame myself and my ego...

rofl well we do have actual police at my job 5 days out of the week, but the problem is the days they aren't there I have to handle things because coworkers at night are definitely not going to do anything about an issue. I do what I have to do and that is keep on working and begin a new day of it when I get there.
