I’ve just calmed down today after calling a crisis hotline and doing some therapy exercises, guided meditation, breathing exercises and yoga. So, the slightest question from anyone else, I’d take it as “bossing me around”. Because I’m also paranoid and have BPD, I always take it as a personal offence anything and harassment. Life has been a little overwhelming with the birthday celebrations around the house, I’d like to personally apologize to all for my rudeness. But since I have Asperger’s, I’ve no idea about how to deal with my angry outbursts and etc. I’ve called someone on the crisis hotline today. My apologies everyone.

But I do probably have a mood disorder called dysthymia that I struggle with. I went through major clinical depression in my early 20's and I don't think I've been the same since. I honestly feel it probably changed my brain chemistry and that I have never completely recovered. It's really awesome that you are aware of the issues you are dealing with and can identify them. No judgment here. And don't worry, I don't think you've been rude at all.

Humans are moody at times. Recognize your moody mood. Try doing something(get busy) to change it.

Took some L-Theanine the other day but for the wrong reason. I was feeling down and thought it might help....it did certainly relax me but I think it's better really when I'm feeling anxiety/stress, not depression.
