I'm getting convinced to buy a product for this. Prebiotics, probiotics, greens all in some powder drink. Still looking into the right one to get. Too many of these on the market.

Just because of having colon cancer and remarkably healthy now (although a flu bug went around work and I got it last Tuesday and still managed to work because I didn't realize it was that lol) I just want to make sure the bad bacteria is tame. So far so good, but why not do better!

Not saying it's a bad product, just did a bit of research and they said it doesn't help gut health. It supports the body though. I'm referring to the bacteria in the gut. There's good and bad in it. Prebiotics feed the good bacteria and probiotics combat the bad bacteria. That's the kind I want. Thanks for the info, still might look into the energy boost one to cut my coffee intake a little

Also think they mention the smoothies are meal replacements, but not a weightloss program. Um hi, I am grateful for food. Do I over eat? Hell no, I burn off everything at work! 12-15k steps a day plus heavy lifting. Anyways, immune boost plus pre & probiotics

It contains both prebiotics (wheatgrass) and probiotics (Chlorella and spirulina) and should boost immune system...But I don't use it, just have heard about it...

True. I look into more tomorrow Got rid of my juicer because that's just too much veggies & fruit used to make a drink, plus cleaning it is a bitch. Seems so wasteful. Bought a Ninja and I love it
